hello, I am unable to log in slingshot braves account because I forgot the gmail and password which I used to register the account.
I reformat my phone and the data gones, but before that, I had already registered as advanced user. The GM require me to provide account name, may I ask which account name should I provide? google play account name or slingshot braves character name?
Please help me as I really wish to get back my account =(

Hi Wei xin626,
What exactly do you mean by GM? Are you trying to contact Colopl in regards to this and they are asking for the account name?
I'll assume that you're trying to gain access back to your character. When restoring your character on a new phone / after reformatting your phone, you need to login using the email account and password you used to register as an Advanced User UPON starting Slingshot Braves for the first time after installing it.
If you're saying that you've forgotten the email account and password used to register as an Advanced User, then there isn't much I can do to help since I have not gone through the problems you are experiencing to know how to fix it.
